The starting point of this collection was the book "The Glass Bead Game" by the German author Hermann Hesse. The book is about a group of men who every year hold a competition to collect knowledge in different fields. The winner gets the glass beads.
The show portrays a filmic group of young characters dressed in poetic shadows enlightened by natural tones. Sophisticated, extravagant and free these young men lead us towards the beautiful older men dressed in shades of light. May this collection be a tribute to Hermann Hesse, The Glass Bead Game. The art of getting older.
Colour Groups: black, black & white, black, camel & beige, white & beige, white.
Music: The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford
Soundtrack from the motion picture, music by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis - "Song for Jesse"
